Ali Abdülselam Yılmaz, who disrupted the UEFA Super Cup final on Wednesday in İstanbul, along with four suspects who were with him during the game, was charged with entering the pitch without permission and released pending trial, the Gazete Duvar news website reported.

They were also banned from travelling abroad and entering football stadiums.

Yılmaz, the owner of YouTube channel “Deli Mi Ne” (Crazy or What) with over 4 million subscribers, jumped onto the field during the Super Cup final between British clubs Liverpool and Chelsea.

Eight stewards were needed to chase down the man, who sprinted across the field before sliding on his knees and being apprehended.

The incident occurred around 15 minutes into the game with the scores still goalless and caused a brief delay as he was removed from the field, according to the Mirror.

The game ended in a Liverpool victory on penalties after a 2-2 draw.
