Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu appeared on the popular Turkish reality show “Survivor” on Thursday night.
A video aired in the final installment of “Survivor 2017” showed Minister Çavuşoğlu visiting the Dominican Republic in February where he played beach football with other participants of the show.
Çavuşoğlu paid a visit to the Dominican Republic Feb. 1-2, 2017.
The video sparked reactions in social media, with many users criticizing the minister for appearing on the show at a time when Turkey has been experiencing a difficult time because of its foreign policy.
