The Turkish Foreign Ministry on Saturday issued a citizens travel warning for the United States.
Due to violent protests in New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Miami, Los Angeles, Seattle, Oakland and Portland following the Nov. 8 presidential election, the Turkish Foreign Ministry called on Turkish citizens living in the US and planning to travel there to exercise caution and avoid unnecessary travel to the troubled areas.
The Foreign Ministry also warned Turkish citizens about racist attacks in US.
